Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a polymethylphenylsiloxane-carbon nanotube-silicone rubber composite and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing 90 to 110 parts by weight of methyl vinyl silicone rubber, 30 to 50 parts by weight of white carbon black, 8 to 15 parts by weight of diphenylsilanediol, 1.5 to 3 parts by weight of polyvinylsilicone oil, 1 to 5 parts by weight of polymethylphenylsiloxane non-covalently modified carbon nanotubes and 0.4 to 1 part by weight of bis(2,4-dichlorobenzoyl) peroxide, and carrying out vulcanization after mixing. According to the invention, polymethylphenylsiloxane is used for non-covalent modification of carbon nanotubes, and the polymethylphenylsiloxane non-covalently modified carbon nanotubes is compounded with silicone rubber, so the mechanical properties of the silicone rubber before and after ageing are improved.
