The TPU compound material component disclosed by the invention comprises a plastic base material and a cross-linking agent, wherein the plastic base material comprises TPU and silicon raw rubber; the molecule of the silicon raw rubber comprises at least two alkenyl groups; the TPU and the silicon raw rubber are evenly mixed, and the weight ratio of the TPU to the silicon raw rubber is (95.01:4.99) to (99.5:0.5); and the addition number of the cross-linking agent is big enough, so that the silicon raw rubber can be crosslinked to form silicone rubber.
