Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a method for efficiently extracting procyanidine ingredient from young apple fruits removed by thinning. According to the method, the procyanidine is extracted from a raw material (the young apple fruits removed by thinning) by virtue of combining a dual-enzymolysis technology and an albumen precipitation process with LH-20 gel column chromatography. The method is simple in technical process and high in extraction rate which reaches up to 90% or above, and reserves the functional active ingredients of the procyanidine to the greatest extent; the extracted procyanidine is high quality, has favorable activity on eliminating in-vivo free radicals and restraining proliferation of tumor cells, and can be directly used as a prescribed preparation or can be compounded with other functional ingredients for use.
