Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a production technology for low-temperature paeonol sub-critical extraction. The production technology comprises the steps of (1) carrying out low-temperature sub-critical extraction, wherein dimethyl ether is taken as an extraction agent; (2) dissolving and decoloring, wherein activated carbon is used for decoloring; (3) crystallizing; (4) filtering and drying; (5) preparing peony root residue powder. The production technology can fully utilize market surplus peony roots as well as a great deal of abandoned fine roots and fibrous roots; the crystallization yield of a paeonol crude product obtained by the low-temperature sub-critical extraction reaches 98.5%, the yield of a final product reaches 95%, and the purity of the product reaches 99.5%. The paeonol prepared by the production technology is high in yield and purity, and peony root residue can be used as a base fertilizer for use; the base fertilizer not only can provide peonies with sufficient nourishment, but also has an effect |
