A preparation method comprises a step (1) of weighing the ingredients by weight parts, mixing the moss, the organic fertilizer, the sugaring leftovers and the ricinus communis hull, and performing curing at room temperature; a step (2) of adding tea saponin and beta-pinene into the substance obtained after curing for 7-10 days in the step (1), mixing the materials evenly, and continuing to perform room temperature curing for 5-7 days, and obtaining the high fertilizer efficiency nutrient soil.
