A turnover plate is arranged in the hopper body and connected with the hopper body through a turnover plate rotating shaft, and the portion, stretching out of the hopper body, of the turnover plate rotating shaft is fixedly connected with a rocker. The turnover plate abuts against the inner side of the hopper body. A linkage locking device is arranged between the turnover plate and the hopper cover.
