The invention discloses a mold for molding of a special-shaped concrete inclined column and a use method of the mold. A mold body comprises a universal mold section, special mold sections, lifting lug rings and fasteners. The universal mold section, the special mold sections and the fasteners are all symmetrically matched and convenient to assemble and disassemble. The butt joint ends between the universal mold section and the special mold sections are provided with bosses. The bosses are embedded into grooves of the fasteners. Through screwing up of the bolts on the fasteners, butt joint between the universal mold section and the special mold sections is achieved. The lifting lug rings are installed on the mold sections and used for lifting and fixing of the whole mold.
