Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the technology of welding materials and provides a super duplex stainless steel flux-cored wire. A common E304L-type stainless steel strip is adopted, and the width and the thickness of the steel strip are 10 mm and 0.4 mm respectively. A flux core is composed of, by weight, 35%-40% of metal chromium, 8%-11% of metal nickel, 11%-20% of metal molybdenum, 0%-2% of metal manganese, 5%-10% of manganese nitride, 15%-25% of titanium dioxide, 2%-4% of feldspar and 0.5%-2.5% of rare earth fluoride. The weight of flux core powder accounts for 25%-27% of the total weight of the wire.
