An outer control device is added based on a common OTC welding machine, thus ultralow frequency pulse parameter welding is achieved, meanwhile, the pulse welding parameter is matched with an all-position welding trolley, and efficient automatic welding is achieved. Through pulse modulation, the pulse welding parameter is matched with the all-position welding trolley. The T-shaped plate one-side welding pulse bottoming welding method has very high practicability, the forming quality of the back side of an obtained welding joint is good, operation is simple, and welding quality is stable.
