Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an oil-soluble Fe-Ni bimetallic catalyst, and a preparation method and application of the bimetallic catalyst. Active ingredients of the catalyst are ferrum and nickel which are used for coal-oil hydrogenation coprocessing; a mole ratio of ferrum to nickel is 9:1-1:3; and the weight percent of ferrum and nickel in the catalyst is 3-8%. The preparation method of the oil-soluble Fe-Ni bimetallic catalyst comprises the following steps of dissolving fatty acid salt, ferric salt and nickel salt in deionized water, adding a non-polar solvent and an alcohol substance to a mixed solution, performing a heating reaction on the solution, cooling the solution to a room temperature after the reaction, transferring a product to a separating funnel for standing, separating a water phase, washing an organic phase with the deionized water, and then drying the organic phase in an oven to obtain the oil-soluble Fe-Ni bimetallic catalyst.
