The water purification system comprises a filter element, and a water storage part and a water outlet part which are connected with a water outlet of the filter element respectively, wherein the filter element is provided with a flushing port which is connected with a drainage part; and a filter element flushing branch is connected between the water storage part and a water inlet and/or the water outlet of the filter element.
