The method comprises: the client agent sends a long connection handshake message to the visual channel gateway; the visual channel gateway receives the long connection handshake message and sends the same long connection handshake message to the client agent; the client sends a visual channel establishing request to the client agent; the client agent receives the visual channel establishing request and sends the visual channel establishing request to the visual channel gateway; and the visual channel gateway receives the visual channel establishing request and establishes a visual channel between the client agent and the visual channel gateway according to the visual channel establishing request.
