The invention discloses a method of pushing a PUSH message, an apparatus and a mobile terminal thereof. The method comprises the following steps of determining whether a byte number of a PUSH message to be pushed exceeds a PUSH message byte number threshold limited by a predetermined receiving system; under the condition that the byte number of the PUSH message exceeds the byte number threshold, according to a preset field mapping table, compressing all the or parts of character strings of the PUSH message, wherein the field mapping table includes the character strings exceeding a predetermined length and the character strings which form one-to-one correspondence with the character strings exceeding the predetermined length and are less than the predetermined length; and pushing the compressed PUSH message to the predetermined receiving system.
