The invention provides a method and a system for charging with multiple guns in turn in one pile. The method includes the following steps: a plurality of processors in one-to-one corresponding to a plurality of charging guns are set, the plurality of processors and a plurality of charging modules are connected to a same bus, one of the processors is set as a primary processor, and other processors are set as secondary processors; the primary processor collects the statuses of the charging guns which are reported by the processors in a real-time manner via the bus, and sets the priority levels of the processors via the bus based on a priority level distribution rule when the statuses of the charging guns change or a queue number reissued by a backstage is received; and the processor with the highest priority level obtains charging management authority, and processes the communication with all charging modules. As one processor only control one gun, so as to reduce the system complexity; increase or decrease of
