The system comprises a process, a state latch register and a power driving device connected successively; the processor generates a power output control signal, and transmits the power output control signal to the data input end of the state latch register; the processor generators a first latch control signal, and controls the state latch register to work in an enablement state; when the state latch register works in the enablement state, the power output control signal input in the data input end of the state latch register is output to the power driving device; the processor generators a second latch control signal, and controls the state latch register to work in a latch state; and when the state latch register works in the latch state, the state latch register stores the power output control signal temporarily to maintain normal output of the power output control signal.
