The invention provides a water-lubricating composite balloon ureteral dilator. The water-lubricating composite balloon ureteral dilator comprises a dilator body which is provided with at least three passageways, a guide wire passageway is positioned on the central axis of the dilator body and penetrates through the dilator body.
