The invention provides a preparation method of a ferrous succinate tablet. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing raw materials in parts by weight: 8-12 parts of ferrous succinate, 6-10 parts of microcrystalline celluloses, 1-3 parts of low-substituted hydroxypropylcelluloses, 0.2-0.5 part of povidone K30 and 0.6-0.8 part of corn starch; crushing the microcrystalline celluloses and the low-substituted hydroxypropyl celluloses and mixing; adding the corn starch and stirring to prepare a soft material; pelleting, drying and granulating; (3) crushing the ferrous succinate, mixing with a povidone K30 ethanol solution, stirring to prepare a soft material, pelleting, drying and granulating; (4) mixing particles obtained in the steps (2) and (3), adding 0.15-0.30 percent of magnesium stearate of which the weight is equal to the sum of the weights of the particles obtained in the steps (2) and (3), and mixing; (5) tabletting a product obtained in the step (4).
