Coil and method for manufacturing same

The invention relates to a coil and a method for manufacturing the same. The invention provides a coil using a high permeability material such as, for example, an amorphous material for the core to obtain a short winding length and a low resistance of the coil conductor and a high inductance, and also provides a method for manufacturing the coil. The coil is equipped with: first and second cores (4-1, 4-2) equipped with parallel through-holes through which coil conductor pieces (8-1, 8-2) formed of a high permeability material are passed; a case (core cases (6-1, 6-2)) for housing the first and second cores; and a coil conductor wound between said first and second cores using said coil conductor pieces, in such a way that said coil conductor pieces are passed through the through-holes (12) of said first and second cores and at least one end of one of said coil conductor pieces (8-1) is connected to an end of the other of said coil conductor pieces (8-2) outside said case. 本发明是种绕组及其制造方法，铁芯使用例如非晶形材料等高导磁率材料，实现绕组
