The method comprises the following steps: creating a socket on the multiplex layer of a master control node; in the underwater acoustic communication network, receiving the information of the master control node by the physical layer of a forwarding node; in the underwater acoustic communication network, receiving the information of the forwarding node by the physical layer of a target node; transmitting the control information through a data link layer, a network layer, and an application layer to a multiplex layer; creating by the multiplex layer an RFIFO pipeline and a WFIFO pipeline as well as an FIFO pipeline to realize the data transmission between the multiplex layer and the application layer; and analyzing the received information and carrying out corresponding treatment.
