The device comprises a main control unit, a data collection and processing unit, a pump laser combination unit formed by a plurality of pump lasers, a first laser drive control unit, a drive control unit for other lasers, a first optical switch, a second optical switch, an optical circulator and a pump combiner, wherein the pump laser combination unit comprises one first pump laser and a plurality of other pump lasers; the first laser drive control unit is connected to the main control unit in a controlled manner; a mode select switch is arranged in the first laser drive control unit and two control modes are provided; the first control mode is an OTDR pulse transmission mode and the second control mode is an amplification mode of the light amplification device.
