Fastening tool used for insulator and method thereof

The invention provides a fastening tool used for an insulator. The insulator possesses a porcelain cap (51), a steel foot and a nut (53). The steel foot passes through a cross-arm fixed hole. A portion of the steel foot, which is below a cross arm, possesses a screw thread which is cooperated with the nut (53). The nut (53) is located below the cross arm so as to fix the insulator on the cross arm. The tool is characterized in that the tool includes a socket wrench and a grasping device; and the socket wrench and the grasping device are cooperated so as to fasten the insulator.
