The invention relates to a car body part grounding apparatus. The car body part grounding apparatus comprises an electrode and two flexible cables, wherein the two flexible cables are fixed at the two ends of the electrode respectively; a buffer shaft is fixed at the bottom of the electrode; the lower end of the buffer shaft penetrates through a shaft sleeve which is fixedly mounted, and a spring is arranged in the shaft sleeve; the buffer shaft penetrates through the spring and can compress the spring; a run-through waist-shaped hole is formed in the buffer shaft; a pin hole, which is corresponding to the position of the waist-shaped hole, is formed in the shaft sleeve; and an anti-rotation pin is inserted in the pin hole for preventing rotation of the buffer shaft.
