The storage battery supplies power to the processor. Fixing clamps are arranged at the lower part of the main case. Fixing bolts are arranged at the lower part of the fixing clamps. Information of a secret service vehicle is received through the signal receiving module so that the signal lamp of the present intersection can be timely adjusted according to the driving position and speed of the secret service vehicle, and thus smooth passing of the secret service vehicle is facilitated.
