Zusammenfassung:	A screw type kinetic energy generating device comprises a screw transmission mechanism used for receiving applied external linear force and converting the force into an annular rotation mode; a generator is connected with the screw transmission mechanism; and a floating ball is provided with a hollow space and used for containing the screw transmission mechanism and the generator and providing buoyancy to make the screw transmission mechanism and the generator afloat. The floating ball comprises a floating ball base located at the bottom of the floating ball. The surface of the floating ball is sunk inwards to form an opening of the floating ball, so that the floating ball base is in a horn-shape structure. The end, towards the interior of the floating ball, of the floating ball base is connected with the screw transmission mechanism. A fixed rope is connected with the screw transmission mechanism, penetrates out of the floating ball from the opening of the floating ball base and is connected to a fixing base
