Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a door frame and a metal door. The metal door comprises the door frame and a door leaf matched with the door frame. The door frame comprises two longitudinal frames, a transverse frame and two connecting pieces, wherein the longitudinal frames and the transverse frame are connected through the connecting pieces. Longitudinal frames, the transverse frame and the connecting pieces are each formed through arrangement of two or a plurality of pieces of extrudate in the thickness direction of the metal door frame.
