Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a HfZrTiTax high-entropy alloy, and a preparation method and application thereof. The HfZrTiTax high-entropy alloy is mainly composed of Hf, Zr, Ti and Ta elements, wherein the mole ratio of Hf, Zr, Ti and Ta is 1:1:1:(0.16-1.29).The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) weighing metallurgical raw materials; and (2) performing alloy melting on the metallurgical raw materials in an arc furnace under the conditions that the striking current is 250A and the melting current is 250-450A, stirring for 30-60 seconds after melting down for 5-6 minutes, overturning after the alloy is quickly cooled, and repeating such an alloy melting process for 5-6 times to obtain the HfZrTiTax high-entropy alloy.
