Nickel-based high-temperature alloy and gas turbine engine component
The invention provides a nickel-based high-temperature alloy. The nickel-based high-temperature alloy is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 18 to 20 percent of Co, 13 to 15 percent of Cr, 2.6 to 3.4 percent of Al, 3.3 to 3.7 percent of Ti, 1.5 to 2.1 percent of Ta, 1.8 to...

Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a nickel-based high-temperature alloy. The nickel-based high-temperature alloy is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 18 to 20 percent of Co, 13 to 15 percent of Cr, 2.6 to 3.4 percent of Al, 3.3 to 3.7 percent of Ti, 1.5 to 2.1 percent of Ta, 1.8 to 2.2 percent of W, 2.5 to 3.5 percent of Mo, 0.1 to 0.4 percent of Nb, 0.1 to 0.3 percent of Hf, 0.02 to 0.06 percent of C, 0.003 to 0.006 percent of B, 0.01 to 0.02 percent of Zr and the balance of Ni and inevitable impurities. The gamma' volume fraction is increased by the optimal elements of Al, Ti, Nb and Ta, so that the precipitation capability of a harmful phase of the high-temperature alloy material in a high-temperature long-time service process is lowered, and the tissue stability of the material is enhanced. The solid solution strengthening effect is enhanced by adjustment of the content of W and Mo, and the TCP phase content is lowered. Moreover, the content of the elements of Hf and B is adjusted in the |
