Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a TC4 titanium alloy powder for 3D (Three Dimensional) printing and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: adopting an electrode induction smelting gas atomization process; crushing an alloy smelting solution into fine liquid drops under the impaction effect of high-speed inert gas flow; cooling and condensing in an atomization tower; finally, obtaining the titanium alloy powder; then proportioning powder with different granularities by applying an ultrasonic vibration and airflow classification method to prepare the TC4 titanium alloy powder applicable to different metal 3D printing technologies.
