Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a sintering method for a tungsten alloy material through adopting a high-flow gas. The method is mainly applicable to a sintering process during large-batch production for tungsten alloy blanks through adopting an indirect heating sintering method. The method disclosed by the invention is technically characterized in that a method of charging the high-flow gas during sintering is adopted, thus large-batch sintering for the tungsten alloy blanks is really realized; a single-furnace charging amount achieves more than 300kg; the sintered tungsten alloy blanks are high in density, uniform in structure and performance, and low in sintering cost; the subsequent calendering machining is high in yield; and the production cost is greatly lowered, and the production efficiency is greatly increased.
本发明涉及种采用大流量气体的钨合金材料的烧结方法。该方法主要适用于采用间接加热烧结法大批量生产钨合金坯时的烧结过程,本发明的工艺特点是采用在烧结时通入大流量气体的方法,真正实现了钨合金坯的大批量烧结,单炉装炉量达到300kg以上,烧结后的钨合金坯密度高,组织和性能均匀致,烧结成本低,后续压延加工成材率高,极大地降低了生产成本,提高了生产效率。 |
