Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a slagging method with lime replaced with calcite in a converter. The slagging method comprises the following steps that (1) the suitable calcite is selected for replacing part of the lime, and the calcite and lime not be replaced form a slagging material; (2) the dosage of the slagging material is calculated; (3) the thermal balance in the converter is calculated, and the charging amounts of melted iron and scrap steel are adjusted; (4) the slagging material are added in batches, and the oxygen supply amount in the converter is adjusted; and (e) smelting end point temperature testing, sampling and tapping preparing are conducted. Efficient utilizing of the mineral resources is achieved, meanwhile, production cost is reduced, energy saving and emission reducing are realized, and environmental pollution is reduced.
