Zusammenfassung:The invention provides an epistatic effect detection method in a lignin synthetic route. The method comprises the following steps: 1) according to a known lignin synthetic route, selecting a gene participating in synthesis of a lignin monomer as a target gene; 2) performing InDel site genotyping to the target gene of a to-be-detected sample to obtain genotype data of the to-be-detected sample; 3) according to the genotype data and the lignin content of the to-be-detected sample, using epiSNP software to calculate epistatic effect sites of the target gene; and 4) performing detection and verification of significance of the epistatic effect between epistatic effect sites. According to the method, the InDel site genotyping is utilized, and simple PCR is adopted for accurate, simple and convenient determination of the epistatic effect in a lignin synthetic route.
