Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a molecular specific labeling primer of physalis minima and a method for rapidly detecting the physalis minima by utilizing the molecular specific labeling primer. Primer sequences are as follows: an upstream primer XSJF: 5'-TTGCAAACTATCTTGTGAGTCG-3'; a downstream primer XSJR: 5'-CCACCAGAATGTACTTGTTACG-3'. By applying the specific primer XSJF/XSJR designed by the invention, rapid and accurate identification of the physalis minima can be realized through a PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) method.
