Establishment method of PRRSV (Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome Virus)-induced RAW264.7 cell oxidative stress model

The invention discloses an establishment method of a PRRSV (Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome Virus)-induced RAW264.7 cell oxidative stress model. The establishment method comprises the following steps: treating RAW264.7 cells in vitro by adopting PRRSV, wherein the concentration of virus is TCID50 (Tissue Culture Infective Dose 50), namely 10 -10 of 10/0.1mL PRRSV virus stock solution, and the treatment time is 4h-48h.
