Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a no-waste coker gas oil denitrification refining method and a device thereof. The device comprises a No.1 static mixer, a No.2 static mixer, a No.3 static mixer, a denitrification sedimentation tank, an ammonia-washing sedimentation tank, an oil-water separation tank, a condensation crystallization unit and a stripping tower. The method comprises the following steps: mixing coker gas oil and a denitrfying agent and carrying out settling separation, mixing the separated coker gas oil and dilute ammonia water and washing, heating ammonia-washed coker gas oil and letting the heated ammonia-washed coker gas oil enter the stripping tower, stripping the ammonia-washed coker gas oil by using steam or nitrogen as a stripping agent, removing residual moisture and ammonia in the ammonia-washed coker gas oil, sending the stripped ammonia-washed coker gas oil into an oil storage tank to be used as a catalytic cracking raw material; and mixing denitrified tailings and ammonia washing water with c |
