Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a method for separating and purifying a high-purity securinine monomer. The method comprises the following steps: S1) extracting securinine by alcohol so as to obtain an extracting solution; S2) adsorbing the extracting solution through inverse polymer chromatography packing, and eluting so as to obtain an eluate; S3) performing silica gel chromatograph purification on the eluate so as to obtain the purified eluate; and S4) recrystallizing the purified eluate, thereby obtaining the high-purity securinine monomer. Compared with the prior art, the method disclosed by the invention is simple in process and low in cost, the securinine can be directly obtained without alkali treatment, so that the product yield and purity are high.
本发明提供了种高纯度单体叶萩碱的分离纯化方法,包括以下步骤:S1)将叶萩用醇提取,得到提取液;S2)将所述提取液经反相聚合物色谱填料吸附后,洗脱,得到洗脱液;S3)将所述洗脱液经硅胶柱层析色谱纯化后,得到纯化洗脱液;S4)将所述纯化洗脱液重结晶,得到高纯度单体叶萩碱。与现有技术相比,本发明工艺简单,成本低,且可直接得到叶萩碱无需经碱化处理,使产品收率与纯度均较高。 |
