Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a lappaconitine aza-cinnamic acid heterozygote with antitumor activity and a synthesis method of the lappaconitine aza-cinnamic acid heterozygote. Lappaconitine, aza-cinnamic acid and derivatives thereof are taken as raw materials to synthesize unreported lappaconitine aza-cinnamic acid amide compounds. The synthesis method is high in operation safety, mild in reaction condition and suitable for industrial production. According to preliminary biological activity test, the compounds are high in antitumor activity and can be used for researching of antitumor lead compounds.
