Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the field of optical film materials, and in particular relates to a method for preparing an all-around broadband antireflective film. The method comprises the following steps: coating through a sol-gel dip-coating method, sequentially coating five layers of SiO2 spherical films of 50nm which take polyacrylic acid as a template and have different wall thicknesses on the glass surface, stabilizing the temperature of each film layer by a constant temperature oven at the temperature of 100 DEG C for 2 hours, forming a film layer of which the wall thickness of SiO2 particles is gradually reduced on the glass surface, and performing high-temperature roasting to remove a template agent, thereby obtaining the broadband antireflective film with all-around antireflection within 350-1600nm. 本发明属于光学薄膜材料领域,具体涉及种全方位宽带减反膜的制备方法。该方法用溶胶-凝胶法浸渍提拉法镀膜,在玻璃表面依次镀上以聚丙烯酸为模板且壁厚不等的五层50nm的SiO球薄膜,每层薄膜由100℃恒温烘箱恒温2h进行稳定,在玻璃表面形成SiO粒子壁厚逐渐减小的膜层,高温焙烧去除模板剂,得到在350-1600nm具有全方位减反射的宽带减反膜。
