The invention provides a device for upper pocket, filling, sealing and dispensing of high temperature liquid package which comprises a frame and a bagging pocket and the upper pocket mechanism disposed on the frame, a filling feeding device, a sealing mechanism, unloading mechanism and discharging transport mechanism. The device rotates the package by the discharge mechanism so that the high temperature liquid package is transported neatly to avoid a damage and leakage of the package during transportation.
