Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a hazard warning flash lamp and a flash lamp control system and method. The hazard warning flash lamp for a work vehicle comprises a first light source of which power supply frequency is changeable and frequency change is controllable. When a vehicle running speed is higher than a first threshold value, the first light source flickers at a fixed first frequency; when the vehicle running speed is lower than the first threshold value and higher than a second threshold value, the flash rate of the first light source is increased and is inversely proportional to the vehicle speed; and when the vehicle running speed is lower than the second threshold value, the flash rate of the first light source flickers at a continuously increasing third frequency.
