Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a corrugated speed-variable ultrafine particle coagulation chamber. The coagulation chamber is shaped like a box, and suitable to be installed between electrostatic-bag dust collectors; the coagulation chamber is composed of an air inlet, air outlet, a coagulation area, and a dust hopper; the air inlet is a passage behind the electric dust collector, and flue gas comes from the electric dust collector; the coagulation area is equipped with corrugated partitions, and dust particles are forcibly coagulated in the passages between the corrugated partitions. The air outlet is located at the lower part of the coagulation area and over the dust hopper and set as a flow pathway. An adsorbent such as activated carbon and a coagulation accelerator can be sprayed into the coagulation area through a guiding pipe via nozzles, and then, coagulated flue gas enters the bag dust collector to be treated.
