The sterile medical ultrasonic coupling patch is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 10%-15% of waterborne polyurethane, 10%-25% of cationic sesbania gum, 4%-8% of propylene glycol alginate, 2%-6% of propylene glycol monooleate, 4%-12% of polyethylene glycol, 2%-8% of sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate, 0.01%-0.05% of a preservative and the balance of deionized water. The sterile medical ultrasonic coupling patch has light stability and thermal stability, the acoustic performance closest to soft tissues of the human body, high ultrasonic diagnosis accuracy and excellent biocompatibility and has no toxicity, allergenicity and stimulation to skin cells and is high in safety.
