Key processes of sunning, wilting, carrying out pile fermentation and drying are characterized by drying the tea under weak sunlight till the leaf surface is soft, then spreading the tea in the room, withering the tea for 20-28 hours in a withering machine, carrying out pile fermentation for 3-5 hours, extracting fragrance, then drying the tea at low temperature, then drying the tea through complete fire.
