The method comprises: forming a first pixel electrode and a second pixel electrode at interval; forming an insulating layer covering the pixel electrodes; patterning the insulating layer to cover the second pixel electrode and expose the central part of the first pixel electrode; forming a first intermediate layer on the exposed part of the first pixel electrode and on the insulating layer; forming a first upper electrode on the first intermediate layer; forming a first photoresist layer on the first upper electrode; removing the exposed parts of the first intermediate layer and the first upper electrode; removing the first photoresist layer; patterning the insulating layer to expose the central part of the second pixel electrode; forming a second intermediate layer on the exposed part of the second pixel electrode and on the first upper electrode; forming a second upper electrode
