The driving circuit comprises a rectification module, an MCU module, a high voltage PWM controllable constant current module, and the switch. The MCU module is connected with the high voltage PWM controllable constant current module and the switch. The rectification module is used to rectify the alternating current into direct current, which is provided for the high voltage PWM controllable constant current module and the MCU module, and the MCU module is used to control power on luminance output and user setting.
