Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to an assembling method of a cast-aluminum rotor assembly with built-in magnetic steels; the method comprises the following steps: setting arcs on an iron core so as to position a rotor shaft; setting grooves bonded with the magnetic steels so as to position the magnetic steels; setting two technical holes so as to limit the iron core sheet angle. The method can form certain position relations between casted rotor shaft part and iron core parts and the magnetic steels, thus ensuring rotor assembly usage demands. 本发明涉及种内置磁钢的铸铝转子组件的组装方法,通过在铁芯上设置圆弧,实现转子轴的定位,设置有粘贴磁钢的凹槽,定位磁钢;两个工艺小孔的设置,起到限定铁芯片角向的作用。本发明可以实现压铸后转子轴部件和铁芯部件、磁钢之间形成了定的位置关系,保证了转子组件的使用要求。
