The invention relates to a dynamic graphical password lock, a server, a sharing system and unlocking and locking methods, the dynamic graphical password lock includes a MCU, a display screen, an input device, an electric lock and a power supply unit; wherein the MCU is used to generate a graphic code containing an encryption lock code, switch the work mode, judge the current state of the password lock and control operation of the electric lock, the input device and the display screen; the display screen is used to display the graphic code generated by the MCU and promote a user to lock, the input device is used to inputting of a wake up instruction and an unlock password; the electric lock is used for unlocking according to control of the MCU and locking according to operation of the user; and the power supply unit is used for power supply for the MCU, the display screen, the input device and the electric lock. The network communication between the server and the dynamic graphical password lock is not needed
