Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses an electronic cash credit for load system and method for a highway toll charging lane. The system includes a data transmission network which includes an electronic non-stop toll collection top up module, an electronic cash credit for load module, a highway toll charging lane module, an electronic wallet card account and a highway toll charging system. The electronic non-stop toll collection charging module is intended for establishing a top up virtual account and receiving online top up by a highway passing client. The electronic cash credit for load module is intended for establishing a mapping relation between the electronic wallet card account and the top up virtual account and conducting credit for load on a user's highway access card which matches a corresponding top up virtual account.
