Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a method and system for evaluating a hypertrophic scar treatment effect based on correlation. The method comprises the following steps: 1) respectively obtaining a scar image before treatment, a scar image after treatment and a corresponding normal skin image adjacent to a scar before and after the treatment; 2) obtaining scar areas of the scar image before treatment and the scar image after treatment; 3) obtaining correlation vectors MIj, n and MIk, m; and 4) performing statistical analysis, separately calculating a mean, a standard difference and a significant difference P value of the correlation vectors MIj, n and MIk, m, and performing analysis to obtain a treatment effect evaluation result according to a calculation result.
