The invention provides an intelligent label for quickly positioning a searched object. The intelligent label comprises a UHF RF chip, a first resistor R1 and an LED lamp. The UHF RF chip comprises a central processor, an RF frontend circuit, a power supply circuit, a clock oscillator, an electrically erasable memory and an I/O port.
