According to the technical scheme provided by the method and the apparatus, the vision data of the user is obtained, the watching parameters, corresponding to the vision data, of the display screen are obtained according to the preset vision parameter table, and the display screen is adjusted according to the watching parameters of the display screen, so that the watching parameters of the display screen are enabled to correspond to the vision data of the user, the user can see images on the display screen without wearing vision correction short-sighted glasses or presbyopic glasses, and the eye fatigue of the user is relieved.
